Maja Salvador has two favorite words these days. At the launching of “Kapitan Boom” yesterday, she kept using the words “quota” and “secret” when she had launch at our table. She plays the role of Melody who is the love interest of Jay-R Siaboc as Lance, the human Kapitan Boom, who is Melody’s crush. “Quota” refers to the minimum number of her showbiz projects.She says, “Isang television show and isang movie project, quota na.” She’s meeting her quota right now with “Kapitan Boom” and “Kelly! Kelly!” the digital movie she’s doing with Rayver Cruz as co-produced by Star Cinema and consumer goods giant Unilever. “Secret” is the thing about herself that she’s not ready to spill out like a forthcoming television project, movie or TVC (television commercial). Like “Kelly! Kelly” is a secret. She did not want to tell its details for fear she’s pre-empting the project. “Kapitan Boom” premieres on April 26. Source
